Our Legal Director is an attorney specialized in Commercial Law from Universidad Javeriana; as well as in Industrial Property, Copyrights and New Technologies from Universidad Externado de Colombia. Nancy has more than 15 years of experience in commercial and corporate law, including review of commercial contracts, incorporation, liquidation of companies and litigation.

She has also advised national and international clients in Regulatory Matters of pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food and medical devices companies. She is an expert in the defense of Sanctioning Proceedings before any administrative entity, Industrial Property Litigation for infringement of rights and acts of unfair competition.
