Carlos Fernando Moreno García is the Founding Partner and heads the Intellectual Property, Health Law and Unfair Competition practice areas. He has more than 20 years of experience advising clients in the protection of Trademark Rights, industrial models and designs, administration of portfolios of Sanitary Registrations, trademarks and patents at national and international level. He has also carried out processes of claiming rights for infringement by third parties.

Within his experience he has also supported different clients in a comprehensive manner in relation to Health and Pharmaceutical Law, in the management and approval of products such as pharmaceuticals, food, alcoholic beverages, cosmetics, dietary supplements, medical devices and equipment, as well as with advertising approvals and labeling issues.
