Lawyer and Political Scientist from the Universidad de Los Andes; specialist in Labor Law from Pontificia Pontificia Universidad Javeriana; and a Master’s degree in Labor Law from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. He has extensive experience in the management of individual labor relations, specifically in the areas of labor contracting, compensation schemes, disciplinary procedures, corporate governance, corporate disciplinary procedures, corporate governance, among others.

He has been a consultant to multinational companies in labor and social security due diligence processes; likewise, he has accompanied and advised clients in processes and procedures to administrative entities (UGPP, SENA, Ministry of Labor, Social Security entities).
